Communities

Lane County, OR

We partner deeply with several of Lane County’s rural cities—such as Veneta, Florence, Oakridge and Cottage Grove—to help build inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems where distance and resources might otherwise be a barrier.

Our Entrepreneurship Navigators work locally to connect founders with mentors, training programs, workspace, and access to capital, while also supporting community-led events like pitch competitions, networking meetups, and accelerators.

Through this work, we help municipalities scale their economies by empowering underserved and rural entrepreneurs across these Lane County communities.

Linn & Benton Counties, OR

In Linn and Benton Counties, we work closely with a coalition of small rural cities—including Adair Village, Brownsville, Halsey, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Monroe, Philomath, and Sweet Home—to nurture a thriving, inclusive startup ecosystem. Through our Entrepreneurship Navigator model, we embed an entrepreneurial connector in these communities who organizes local workshops, mentors founders, and links entrepreneurs to capital, workspace, training programs, and statewide innovation partners.

This regional approach is coordinated with the Rural Economic Alliance (REAL), enabling unified development strategies, peer networks, and local investment opportunities that help founders in more rural parts of Linn and Benton Counties grow and scale.
